If you already are above Level 10 on every class (and you probably are), Core Set will be unlocked automatically after it releases and you won’t have to do anything. level 20 on Druid, Hunter and Paladin will be enough to unlock all Neutrals. In order to unlock Neutrals, you need to hit level 60 combined across multiple classes – so e.g. getting to Level 10 with Mage unlocks all Mage Core Cards).
